### WHAT IS A PRESALE?
A SARDA™ Presale gives you the opportunity to purchase luxury handcrafted pieces at extraordinary prices. Orders are taken in advance, and once the presale is over, orders are sent to our factory in Bali to begin production.

### WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF A PRESALE?
Because the orders are taken before the product is made, SARDA™ is able to custom make jewelry for our customers. Because the factory knows the exact number of orders, they are able to produce the exact number of pieces. This allows SARDA™ to offer these pieces at exceptional prices.

### HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After the close of the presale, the orders are confirmed and sent to our factory in Bali to commence production. Once production is complete, the orders are shipped from our factory. The product will undergo a final check for quality assurance and then will be shipped to customers. All told, customers can expect their pieces approximately 90 days after the close of the presale.

### WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN THE PRESALE?
Customers may use any of the standard payment options (Credit/Debit, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, Google Pay, Apple Pay), and **will be charged at the time checkout is completed**.
